Our Cigar Match Cake is made by different products from Marukyu Koyamaen. With the different powders we use including Rindo, Wakatake, Aoarashi and Isuzu, the concentration of flavors gradually increase from 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% accompany with a 10% Hojicha flavor in the end.
