Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

If you need to reschedule your pick-up, please notify us at least 4 days in advance.

Upon confirmation, we reserve the right to decline any changes to the pickup date or time.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details during self-pick-up (e.g., dessert types and quantities, cake sizes and designs). Once desserts or cakes leave our premises, customers bear full responsibility for any damage or accidents during transportation.
