Madeleine
Madeleines, often referred to as shell cakes, are traditional small cakes characterised by their distinctive shell shape. Madeleines have a dense and moist texture, infused with rich butter and almond aromas. Our madeleines are exceptionally moist and not dry, available in a variety of flavors, making them an excellent choice for tea time and farewell cakes.
